Virtual Therapy

The fast pace of life keeps you from self-care.

Life is busy and quick-paced, and we often feel we are on the go all day long.

The hustle of work, kids, and activities is enough to fill every day of the week. We live in a society where the more “things” happening in our lives, the more purpose we have; our world has created this non-stop mentality.

But all those activities we have going on do not mean that we feel fulfilled in our lives. All those activities may have the opposite effect.

Life can feel overwhelming like there aren’t enough hours in the day, and it feels exhausting. We can lose ourselves, who we are, in the daily hustle. Seeking therapy seems like one more commitment.

Online therapy is a viable alternative.

Help would be nice, talking to someone, going to therapy. But that’s one more thing to fit into an already busy schedule.

However, it is essential to slow down and make time for yourself.

Telehealth, or online therapy, can be beneficial. Having the ability to jump online and attend therapy from the comfort of your home or in the privacy of your office can make fitting in a session manageable.

Reduce the hustle and bustle of life online.

Online therapy is just as beneficial as attending therapy in person, except you can do it from home or the office.

I provide telehealth sessions on a confidential, HIPAA-compliant platform and will send the link via email before the first session. You will need a computer, iPad, laptop, or another electronic device that allows you to see and hear during the session.

Online therapy allows one to work around their busy schedules, get the mental health support needed, and hopefully be able to balance therapy in their lives.

Some clients will meet in person one week while meeting online the following week based on their schedule. It’s all about meeting your needs. Make your self-care a priority and try online therapy.
