Hi, I’m Megan

I work with both adults and children who are struggling emotionally and behaviorally. That may include the big feelings of anxiety or depression, trauma, and as a result acting out.

For kids, acting out may look like tantrums or aggression. For adults, it may also be aggression or an addiction to substances or video games, etc.

It is my passion to help find where these difficulties originate, explore the behavioral or negative coping skills we have created, and learn new ones to live a life of balance and peace.

I create a safe environment and hold space for everyone to do the work to better their lives.

I believe our future is a blank slate, and we get to write our own story. But we need to process through the past traumas and explore our core beliefs.

Through our work, you will do just that, while learning healthy coping skills and gaining balance and happiness in your daily life.
